Second Nature AI pricing in 2026: what it publishes and what it does not

RepLabPricingSecond Nature AI pricing in 2026: what it publishes and what it does notSecond Nature homepage, November 2026

Second Nature does not publish prices. Its site has no pricing page, every path ends at a Book a Demo form, and the only number in the public record is a vendor note on G2 that the minimum average deal starts at 20,000 USD. Below is what the company does say, what G2, Capterra and TrustRadius show, and where the real cost comes from.

What Second Nature publishes

Not much. We fetched secondnature.ai on November 4, 2026 and found no pricing page in the navigation. The demo form is the only place pricing is mentioned, and the wording is an invitation: visitors who have questions about products, services, pricing and plans are asked to fill out the form and pick a time on the calendar.

The FAQ page has nothing on cost, contracts or seat minimums either. It does confirm a few things that end up on a quote. Data sits in a Google Cloud data center in the Netherlands. The company says it complies with GDPR, SOC 2 and CCPA, and the Enterprise page adds SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701. Customer data is not used for model training. The enterprise package includes five training sessions and quarterly business reviews, which is the closest thing to a plan description anywhere on the site.

On G2, where vendors can fill in their own pricing fields, Second Nature wrote two lines: it has a couple of flexible models, contact us for more, and it offers flexible pricing for medium sized companies and enterprises with a minimum average deal that starts at 20K USD. That entry was last updated November 12, 2025.

What the review sites show

G2 lists Second Nature AI at 4.7 out of 5 and states plainly that plan availability and costs are not listed by the vendor, and that final cost negotiations must be conducted with the seller. Its perceived cost indicator reads five dollar signs out of five, the highest band, and it puts typical time to implement at two months. In the pricing reviews, Mark T. wrote on June 3, 2026 that the pricing model felt complex when his team first sized the deal and took a couple of conversations to map out. G2's own AI summary of reviews says some small business and real estate users stopped using the product because of cost, while mid market users called it competitive.

Capterra, updated October 21, 2026, shows 5.0 out of 5 from 4 reviews, a value for money score of 4.7 from 3 reviews, starting price listed as Contact vendor, and a free trial marked available. One reviewer, Eileen J. in March 2023, noted that the training allowed an unlimited number of users to take part, which hints at a licence that is not strictly per seat, at least for that account.

TrustRadius has one review at 10 out of 10 and says Second Nature does not currently have any pricing plans listed. Vendr's page would not load for us. A third party page on prospeo.io estimates 30 to 40 dollars per user per month and 19,000 to 26,700 dollars median annual cost, but it names no source and says the numbers were triangulated. We would not plan a budget on them.

What actually drives the quote

The 20K USD floor is the anchor. Everything else on the site points to a per company deal shaped by four things.

Team size first. Second Nature sells into insurance, telco, financial services, technology and education, and its homepage leads with Fortune 100 logos and 2,000 plus teams. A platform built for thousands of concurrent sessions is priced for that buyer, which is why the small business reviewers on G2 are the ones who left over cost.

Modules second. The site lists Deal Coach for live deals, enablement programs with analytics, certification flows and screen action analysis as separate capabilities. Each one is a line on the quote.

Languages and integrations third. The FAQ counts 25 plus languages with 12 accents of English; the Enterprise page says 30 plus. SCORM, LTI, SCIM, SAML SSO and native Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoom connectors are all enterprise features that tend to sit in the top package.

Implementation last. The company advertises a two week onboarding plan on its Easy Start page, but G2's typical time to implement reads two months, and the enterprise package bundles five training sessions plus quarterly reviews. Ask whether those services are included or billed on top.

What you can try before the sales call

There is a free layer, and it is worth 15 minutes. The Free Role Plays page offers short samples with audio versions: cold calling, a B2B discovery call, a damaged birthday gift complaint, an interview built from a CV, and two MEDDPICC drills. A separate panel lists six 3 to 5 minute experiences, three ready made and three you build yourself. Each one asks you to enter your information first, and the site notes they run on desktop only.

That is as far as self service goes. There is no sign up, no credit card plan and no public trial length. The demo itself is pitched as live: the team says it will build a role play on the spot and walk through how the product fits your tech stack. Pricing is answered there, not before.

How RepLab prices

RepLab gives you a quote after a 30 minute demo, and the structure is public before you book it. There are three plans, Team, Growth and Enterprise. You pay per rep seat, and managers and admins are included at no charge. The minimum is 10 seats, which keeps a branch or a single call center floor in reach without an enterprise sized floor.

Anyone can run a free roleplay first. RepLab is built for sales and service teams in stores, branches, call centers and the field, and every session is scored 0 to 100 on your own scorecard rather than a generic rubric. It runs in English, Spanish and French.

Security comes with every plan: SOC 2 Type I, GDPR, SSO, MFA, hosted on AWS, and your conversations are never used to train models. If you are comparing the two, the practical difference is that Second Nature asks you to size a 20K plus deal through a sales conversation, while RepLab tells you the seat model and minimum up front and leaves the demo to settle the number.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Second Nature AI cost?

Second Nature does not publish prices. The only public figure is the vendor's own note on G2 that the minimum average deal starts at 20K USD, with flexible models for mid sized companies and enterprises. You get a number by booking a demo and receiving a custom quote.

Does Second Nature have a free trial or free plan?

G2, Capterra and TrustRadius all mark a free trial as available, but none states its length and the Second Nature site does not mention one. There is no free plan. You can run free sample role plays of 3 to 5 minutes from the site after entering your details.

Is Second Nature priced per user?

The site does not say. The G2 note describes flexible models rather than a seat price, and one Capterra reviewer in 2023 wrote that an unlimited number of users could take part in training. Ask on the demo call whether your quote is per seat, per team or per company.

What is included in the Second Nature enterprise package?

According to the company's FAQ, the enterprise package includes five training sessions and quarterly business reviews, with a Customer Success team for onboarding workshops and role play creation. The Enterprise page adds SCORM and LTI embedding, SCIM and SAML SSO, and Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoom integrations.

How does RepLab pricing compare?

RepLab publishes its structure: Team, Growth and Enterprise plans, priced per rep seat with managers and admins free, a 10 seat minimum, and a quote after a 30 minute demo. A free roleplay is available before you talk to anyone.
