Zenarate

Best for contact centers where QA already owns the standard

Its homepage says every interaction is evaluated against one skill definition across QA, coaching, practice and measurement. Perform covers practice and coaching tied to KPIs. TruGreen cut onboarding time by 50%, and Sallie Mae reports a 32% decrease in attrition.

Where it stands out

  • One definition of a skill across QA, coaching and practice

Where RepLab differs from the other seven

The facts below come from each vendor's own site and G2. Where RepLab is different, this says how, so you can decide before a demo.

01

Built for teams, from 10 seats

RepLab is sold per rep seat with managers and admins included, from 10 seats, quoted after a 30-minute demo, per its pricing page. Yoodli and Hyperbound's free tier serve individuals and very small teams.

02

Practice and certification, not an LMS

RepLab's product page covers AI customers, scoring, certification and readiness reporting, plus 40+ ready-made scenarios. Mindtickle bundles a course builder and content management, while RepLab syncs scores to the systems it lists.

03

Scored on your scorecard, then real calls

Every RepLab attempt is scored 0 to 100 on your managers' criteria, weights and pass marks, and real conversations use the same playbook through SalesAsk. Hyperbound scores real calls on a separate Perform license.

Before you buy

Five questions to ask in every demo

Ask every vendor the same questions, RepLab included. The answers show the gaps faster than a feature grid.

  • Can you score a roleplay on our scorecard during this call?
  • How long until a manager builds a scenario without your help?
  • Do you score our real calls the same way you score practice?
  • Which languages are live today, not on the roadmap?
  • What does the contract need: seats, minutes or a services package?

Where RepLab is the right fit

RepLab fits a company that sells or serves at a counter, in a branch, on a headset or at a customer's kitchen table, usually across several sites. Managers build the AI customer from their own scripts and call recordings, or pick one of 40+ ready-made scenarios. Every attempt is scored 0 to 100 on their scorecard and readiness is reported by rep, team and location. Alliance Medical reported a 3x close rate on competitive procurement deals.

How we scored them

The RepLab team wrote this page about our own product, so you are reading a vendor's view of its competitors. We compared each product on team fit, how practice is scored, who builds scenarios, real-call scoring, languages, security and price. Facts about the seven other tools come from vendor sites and G2 listings, read in November 2026. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the table says Not published.

Our bias, stated plainly

We make RepLab. To keep this fair we only used facts each vendor publishes, marked third-party claims, and wrote where others fit better.

01

Scoring

Can practice be scored on your criteria and weights, or only the vendor’s?

02

Realism

Does the AI customer react to what the rep says and how they say it, by voice?

03

Setup

How fast can a manager build a first realistic customer without help?

04

Proof

Are real conversations scored on the same playbook, so you can see change?

05

Coverage

Languages, team types and channels supported today.

06

Trust

Security standards published, and how pricing is quoted.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is RepLab the right fit for a small team?

RepLab plans start at 10 rep seats, with managers and admins included and a free roleplay to try before the demo. Below 10 seats, Yoodli and Hyperbound's free tier are the self-serve options on this page.

Does RepLab include an LMS or a content library?

No. RepLab's product page covers AI customers, scoring, certification and readiness reporting, and its only library is 40+ ready-made scenarios. Scores and certifications sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Aircall, JustCall, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber.

Which languages does RepLab support?

English, Spanish and French, on every plan, with the same scorecard across all three. Second Nature, Hyperbound, Mindtickle and PitchMonster list more languages on their sites, which the table shows.

Which alternatives score real calls as well as practice?

RepLab does it on the same scorecard through SalesAsk, as an add-on to any plan. Hyperbound scores real calls on its Perform license, Nooks auto-scores every call as the dialer, and PitchMonster's second plan adds call analysis.

Where do the G2 numbers on this page come from?
